Eligibility Criteria:
- All nationalities are eligible to apply for the scholarship, with the exception of Turkish nationals.
- Only bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs are open to candidates.
- The scholarship application covers university placement, therefore there’s no need to apply individually to any Turkish university.
- Graduate programs are open to those who have completed at least 70% of their prior coursework.
