Slovakia Government Scholarships 2026–2027 | Fully Funded

The Slovak Republic’s fully financed National Scholarship Program for 2026–2027 is now accepting applications. Slovak higher education and research institutes accept applications from people all around the world for study, research, or teaching exchanges. Researchers, university instructors, artists, and Master’s and PhD students are all supported by the initiative.

The National Scholarship Programme (NSP) was created in 2005 by the Slovak Republic’s government with the goal of fostering academic collaboration and international mobility. The Slovak Republic’s Ministry of Education, Science, Research, and Sport provides funding for it.

By sponsoring Slovak scholars overseas and hosting foreign scholars in Slovakia, the scholarship promotes two-way mobility. For the period of the visit, it pays for both living expenses and travel expenditures. The initiative encourages cooperation between Slovak institutions and international academic exchange.
