The Dubai Business Associates (DBA) Program 2026, a fully financed nine-month program for international candidates to receive studies and work experience in Dubai-based organizations, is currently accepting applications. The program’s goal is to draw up-and-coming talent from all over the world, creating a creative and varied community. The DBA Program offers practical exposure to Dubai’s vibrant business sector, serving as a link between higher education and the working world. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai and the vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, is the patron of the program. Eligibility Criteria :
- All nationalities are eligible to apply for the program.
- Experience Level: New graduates or professionals in their early careers with 0–3 years of work experience.
- Education: All majors are welcome, but at least a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Age Preference: Usually in the 23–27 age range.
- Work History: While internships are a huge benefit for recent grads, full-time experience is not necessary.
