The 2026 AUB Mastercard Scholarship is now accepting applications.
In collaboration with the American University of Beirut (AUB), the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program offers full scholarships for 2026–2027 on-campus Master’s and PhD programs as well as online Master’s admissions.
Preparing youth to be change agents in their communities, nations, and regions is the goal of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. In addition to the courses required for their degrees, scholars participate in a number of workshops, classes, and fieldwork.
Scholarships are only one aspect of the Scholars Program. In addition to paying for tuition and essential living expenses, it provides career services, internship possibilities, tutoring, leadership skills development, and mentoring.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Be an African national or a refugee living in an African nation.
- Keep up your good academic standing from prior degree programs.
- Display talent that surpasses the available funds.
- Demonstrate a dedication to supporting one’s neighborhood, nation, and area.
- Have excellent leadership abilities
- Make a commitment to attending all upcoming workshops and learning opportunities offered by the Scholars Program.
- Be at least 35 years old.
- Show that you are prepared for university coursework in English (RUSE).
