Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program at a university in one of the member nations of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at the time of application.
  • must be a national of one of the ADB’s member nations.
  • should be proficient in the English language.
  • The application does not require results from English language tests.
