KAIST University Graduate Scholarship 2026 – Fully Funded

International students can study Master’s or PhD degrees at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology with full funding thanks to the KAIST University Graduate Scholarship 2026 in South Korea.

For two years for Master’s programs and up to four years for PhD programs, the scholarship pays for tuition, flights, and monthly living expenses. It seeks to assist overseas students in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, science, and technology.

Both current graduates and final-year undergraduates anticipating graduation before September 2026 are eligible to apply. With the help of this scholarship, students can enroll in a variety of academic programs and experience Korean university life while honing their STEM-related abilities for a global career.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • All foreign students who are not citizens of Korea are eligible.
  • Master’s Program: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or anticipate obtaining one by August 31, 2026.
  • PhD Program: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or anticipate obtaining one by August 31, 2026.
  • Final-year undergraduates who anticipate graduating before September 2026 are eligible to apply.

South Korea is the host nation.

Benefits of the fully financed scholarship include a $21,000 yearly stipend, health insurance, and other allowances.

Benefits :

  • For four semesters (Master’s), ten semesters (Master’s-PhD integrated), and eight semesters (PhD), tuition fees are fully waived.
  • A monthly stipend of up to 2,500,000 KRW will cover living expenses and lodging.
