University of Brescia STAR Scholarships 2026 – Fully Funded

The University of Brescia STAR Scholarships 2026 in Italy are currently accepting applications, especially from non-EU students. Through tuition fee exemptions, financial aid, and free on-campus accommodation, this fully supported program assists gifted overseas students pursuing master’s degrees while lowering academic costs. The scholarships are provided under the auspices of ASEA-UNINET, a network that fosters cooperation, intercultural research, and scientific interaction between Southeast Asia and Europe. ASEA-UNINET, which was founded in 1994, links academic institutions, businesses, and organizations in the fields of education, science, technology, innovation, and the arts. Four STAR Scholarships covering specific master’s programs taught in Italian or English are offered for gifted students from priority and developing nations for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Non-EU students meeting specific academic and nationality criteria are eligible for the STAR Scholarships.
  • Candidates must be residents or citizens of a developing or least developed country, or one of the following: Egypt, El Salvador, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia, the Palestinian Territories, Cuba.
  • Applicants must hold a degree obtained outside the European Union.
  • Must be enrolling as a first-time student at an Italian university.
  • Applicants should have a GPA of 3.2/4 or a final academic grade of at least 80/100.
  • For master’s programs taught in English, demonstrate B2-level English proficiency or hold a degree in English.
  • For programs taught in Italian, show B2-level Italian language competency.
