- Application Procedure: Individual applications do not determine eligibility for the Canadian International Development Scholarships (BCDI 2030). Partnership initiatives between a Canadian university and a partner institution in a qualifying nation are used to choose candidates.
- Candidates must be nationals of one of the 26 nations that are eligible for the BCDI 2030 program.
- Institutional Requirements: Applicants must fulfill the requirements for admission and eligibility established by the partner Higher Education Institution (HEI) in their home country as well as the Canadian HEI.
- Partnership Selection: The BCDI 2030 programs in Canada usually involve institutional collaborations that nominate or choose participants.
