Oregon State University Scholarship 2026 (USA) – Fully Funded

International students wishing to study in the United States can apply for a fully financed graduate scholarship at Oregon State University. A $28,800 yearly stipend, full tuition waiver, research costs, and health insurance coverage are all included in the award.

To create spatially explicit decision models for protecting endangered species on Department of Defense (DoD) property, the initiative is looking for an exceptional PhD applicant. The fellow will work with an interdisciplinary team that integrates cost-effectiveness optimization, population dynamics, multi-criteria decision analysis, and species distribution modeling.

In order to translate quantitative models into practical conservation policies that strike a compromise between military training, land use, and species protection, the scholar will collaborate closely with DoD scientists, biologists from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and installation management.
