Taiwan AID NGO Fellowship Program 2026 – Fully Funded

The Taiwan AID 2026 NGO Fellowship Program is now accepting applications. NGO professionals can gain practical experience and understanding of NGO operations in Taiwan through this fully funded, month-long fellowship. The program will take place between October 4 and November 1, 2026.

During their three-week stint, the chosen fellows will get complete coverage for their flights, lodging, food, and per diem. Candidates from a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply for this fellowship, which is best suited for those with prior NGO sector experience. There is no cost to apply. Participants will develop important professional skills and obtain firsthand experience of Taiwan’s NGO operations. The application process and eligibility requirements are detailed below.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • NGO professionals must be between the ages of 25 and 40.
  • Professional Background: Social welfare, media & IT, LGBTQ+, education, gender, human rights, community development, and the environment; outstanding applicants from other NGO disciplines may also be taken into consideration.
  • Experience at Work: Three years or more in the NGO sector
  • Countries and Regions Eligible:
  • Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, East Timor, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam are all in Southeast Asia.
  • Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan comprise South Asia.
  • Japan, South Korea, and Mongolia in Northeastern Asia; Palau, Marshall Islands, and Tuvalu in the Pacific Island Region
