Eligibility Criteria :
- must be a national of a nation with diplomatic ties to Japan.
- must have been born on April 2, 2002, or later.
- 12 years of formal education must be finished or anticipated to be finished by March or August of 2027.
- To pursue university-level education, one must be sufficiently proficient in either Japanese or English.
- To study overseas, one must be in good physical and mental health.
