Eligibility Criteria :

- should be well-versed in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.

- Present research findings at prestigious conferences and publish them in respectable international publications.
- Contribute up to 20% of their workload to departmental activities, teaching, and student supervision.
- Finish the PhD program in four to five years.
