Eligibility Criteria:

- possess a bachelor’s degree in public administration, law, economics, public policy, social and political sciences, or a similar discipline.
- have finished a 16-year education program at an accredited university that is equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
- Apply to a master’s program that has been authorized by the Helmut Schmidt Scholarship.
- Candidates may choose and submit applications for a maximum of two master’s degree programs.
