Participants will also gain resilience and adaptability, which will help them succeed in both solo and group environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Young people who have recently graduated from high school or university and started their professional journeys with the goal of having a major impact are invited to apply for the McKinsey Forward Program. People from the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Azerbaijan are welcome to apply, regardless of their experience in the field or education. Those who work for themselves and want to advance in their jobs are also welcome to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in the program requires proficiency in English because it is the language used for all activities. The Forward Program, which has over 360,000 participants from various areas and backgrounds, has an impressive track record: within two months of finishing the program, 75% of participants saw job progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After finishing successfully, participants will get a digital badge they can distribute on various channels to showcase their accomplishments and set themselves apart in the cutthroat job market.
