The fully funded scholarship covers tuition, housing, living expenses, a laptop, airfare, and campus meals. This article aims to clarify the scholarship program details, including eligibility criteria, benefits, duration, and application process. Since 2018-19, the Mastercard Foundation Scholarship at Gondar has committed to awarding 160 graduate scholarships over eight years. Targeting academically gifted but financially disadvantaged students from five East African countries\u2014Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Djibouti, and South Sudan\u2014the program seeks to equip participants with essential leadership and transformative skills to positively impact socioeconomic development.
