Established in 1982 by Mr. Wafic and Mrs. Rosemary Sa\u00efd in memory of their son, the UK-registered charity provides fully funded awards covering tuition fees, full living expenses, arrival allowance, visa and healthcare surcharge fees, plus one return economy flight. Since 1984, the program has offered scholarships and training opportunities to talented youth from target countries, helping them make an impact in their professions and benefit their communities. Open to all academic fields, applicants must demonstrate how their chosen subject will contribute to their country\u2019s development, ensuring the scholarship fosters both personal growth and meaningful social change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>possess an undergraduate degree that is at least a UK 2:1; final-year students may also be taken into consideration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>possess Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, or Palestinian citizenship and live there permanently.
