International undergraduate students are welcome to participate in this fully sponsored, week-long academic program in Washington, D.C., from June 8 to June 12, 2026. There is no application fee; the institution pays for all costs, including a stipend, lodging, meals, local transportation, and airfare. Through the Niskanen Center&#8217;s methodology, participants explore the nexus of economics, governance, and institutional reform while gaining extensive exposure to U.S. politics and public policy. Immigration, criminal justice, healthcare, energy and climate change, and government efficacy are important subjects.
