This fully funded program equips learners to become contemporary farm managers, technicians, and agro-entrepreneurs by offering practical training in sustainable farming and agro-business. Meals, lodging, training materials, certification, and financial business support are all included in the three-month program. Over the next three years, the program hopes to train more than 3,000 young Nigerians in agriculture, with young women making up 70% of the participants. Participants get technical skills, business insights, and chances to support Africa&#8217;s green economy through hands-on experience and specialized training.
