International students, Singaporean citizens, and permanent residents enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programs are eligible for these fully financed scholarships. Students can apply in a variety of fields, such as engineering, medicine, business, computer technology, sciences, arts, communication, and sports science, and there is no application cost. For international students, the scholarship pays for living expenses, tuition, a monthly stipend, health insurance, and flights. Scholarships can last up to four years for PhD studies, two years for master&#8217;s programs, and four to five years for undergraduate studies.
