The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation is offering a fully financed fellowship to scholars worldwide for a period of 6 to 24 months. German nationals are not eligible to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About 700 fellowships are given out each year, enabling academics to work on their studies in Germany. The Humboldt Foundation provides each fellow with individual support in addition to a monthly salary, a mentor, medical insurance, round-trip travel, a family allowance, and help with living expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With complete support, this esteemed fellowship provides scholars with a fantastic opportunity to progress their study. More information is given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Host Country:<\/strong> Germany<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Host Organization:<\/strong> Alexander von Humboldt Foundation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Course Level:<\/strong> Post-Doctoral, Experienced Researchers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Duration:<\/strong> Six to Twenty-Four Months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All nationals are eligible, with the exception of German citizens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requirements: Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in lieu of doctorate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publishing in internationally renowned, peer-reviewed journals and other respectable outlets is one way to exhibit research excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research Profile: Candidates should have a solid record of academic and research accomplishments in their research profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monthly Stipend for Postdoctoral Researchers: \u20ac2,670<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20ac3,170 a month for Researchers with Experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extra Perquisites:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Money for meetings, excursions for study, and library visits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>health insurance protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reimbursement for airfare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>allowances for family members who travel with you and stay for at least three months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flat-rate reimbursement for children under the age of eighteen who accompany<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CV updated (no more than two pages)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A five-page research outline is the maximum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive list of works<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a list of a few important publications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copies of important books and articles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two evaluations by experts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a doctorate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptance letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>German language proficiency certificate, if relevant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The host&#8217;s declaration and verification of the research facilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline: <\/strong>March, July and November<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.humboldt-foundation.de\/en\/apply\/sponsorship-programmes\/humboldt-research-fellowship#h1275\">Apply Button<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gettyimages.com\/\">Image credit<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The German Humboldt Research Fellowship for 2024\u20132025 is now accepting applications.
