The \u20ac16,800 annual award from this fully financed fellowship covers living expenses, research fees, and health benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>International PhD students or those preparing to conduct doctoral research in Germany are supported by the fellowship, which is administered by the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLF), a political education institution connected to Germany&#8217;s Left Party (DIE LINKE).
