EWC Graduate Degree Fellowship 2026 USA (Fully Funded)

The East-West Center (EWC) Graduate Degree Fellowship 2026 is currently accepting applications for students who wish to continue their education in the United States. This esteemed scholarship offers exceptional candidates the chance to enroll in master’s or PhD programs at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Both U.S. citizens and citizens of Asia and the Pacific region are eligible to apply for the fellowship.

Candidates must submit their applications by December 1, 2025. Over the course of the study time, the fellowship provides complete tuition coverage, housing, meals, a living stipend, health insurance, books, and travel expenses.

In addition to offering financial support for studies, the East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship encourages cooperation, leadership training, and cross-cultural interactions among academics from Asia-Pacific.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Citizenship: Applicants who are citizens of the above qualifying nations are eligible for the award.
