- a first degree having a 2:1 ratio of first or upper second class, or

- Those who want to pursue a second master’s degree in the UK must give a good reason.
- must not have worked or studied in a high-income nation for at least one academic year.
- must prove that they cannot afford to study in the UK without this scholarship.
- must have submitted an application to UCL for one of the postgraduate programs that qualify.
