These fully financed scholarships, which cover postgraduate programs in important subjects like science, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and medicine, are open to students worldwide. The scholarships were created in 2001 with the goal of helping students from developing nations, such as South Asia, Africa, and a few Commonwealth countries, by waiving all or part of their tuition.
