UCD School of Earth Sciences Scholarship 2026, Ireland (Fully Funded)

For the 2026–2027 academic year, University College Dublin (UCD) is providing fully financed master’s scholarships through the UCD School of Earth Sciences. For non-EU students, the scholarship offers a €20,000 living allowance in addition to a complete tuition cost waiver.

International, Irish, EU, and UK students who wish to pursue an MSc in Environmental and Engineering Geoscience or an MSc in Subsurface Geomodelling are eligible for these scholarships.

The program’s goal is to assist gifted students who want to attend a top Irish institution and pursue graduate training in Earth Sciences. Candidates must fulfill the requirements for eligibility and apply before February 28, 2026. The requirements, advantages, and application procedure are all covered in full in this essay.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Students that are UK, EU, Irish, or international students are eligible.
  • Program Application: For the 2026–2027 academic year, applicants must apply to the graduate-taught master’s programs offered by the School of Earth Sciences (MSc in Environmental and Engineering Geoscience or MSc in Subsurface Geomodelling).
  • Offer Requirement: Must possess an offer of admission to one of the two MSc programs that are eligible.
  • Entry Requirements: Must fulfill the requirements for admission to the master’s program of choice.
  • English Proficiency: Must meet the English language criteria set forth by University College Dublin (UCD).

Benefits :

  • EU Applicants: Irish, other EU, and UK students who qualify for the EU fee rate are entitled for up to two full tuition fee waivers.
  • Non-EU Applicants: All students who qualify for the Non-EU fee rate are eligible to receive up to two stipends of €20,000 each to help with living expenses.
