The Harvard Public Policy Leadership Conference for 2026 is now accepting applications. Every year, the Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, hosts this fully financed leadership seminar. The conference will take place over four days, from October 29 to November 1, 2026.
Undergraduate students interested in public policy, public service, leadership, and government professions are the target audience for this program. Encouraging and preparing future leaders to undertake meaningful careers in public service and policymaking is its primary objective.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in the United States.
- Before applying, students should have finished at least two semesters of coursework.
- Candidates cannot graduate in the school year 2026–2027.
- A GPA of at least 3.0 is necessary.
- Candidates should exhibit a strong dedication to leadership and public service.
- For a student to be qualified for a federal Pell Grant.
- Citizens, permanent residents, and non-citizens of the United States are all eligible candidates.
