Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be at least eighteen years old.
- Candidates should be community leaders or small company entrepreneurs who are trying to make an impact that is both scalable and sustainable.
- Candidates must work in one or more of the following fields:
- Increasing underbanked communities’ access to financial services
- bolstering local economies and assisting small enterprises
- Increasing and promoting opportunities for homeownership
- Candidates should exhibit a strong desire to develop as leaders and an entrepreneurial mentality.
- Candidates must reside in a BMO priority market, such as Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, or the San Francisco Bay Area.
- The applicant’s company or organization must have fewer than ten employees and have been in operation for one to five years.
- Companies ought to already have clients, quantifiable outcomes, and cash in the form of grants, investments, or income.
- Candidates must pledge to finish the whole 16-week fellowship program, which includes weekly workshops and the virtual immersion experience.
- Every workshop, mentorship session, and community involvement activity requires active participation.
