The 2026 McGill University McCall MacBain Scholarship is a fully funded opportunity for students pursuing a master’s or professional program in Canada. The scholarship covers full tuition and fees and provides a monthly living stipend of $2,300. Scholars relocating to Montréal also receive a relocation grant.
In addition to financial assistance, participants in an interdisciplinary leadership development program receive coaching, mentoring, and advice from seasoned advisors. The scholarship promotes personal interest exploration, leadership development, and academic advancement.
The 2026 cohort will begin accepting applications on June 1. Up to 20 Canadian students and 10 international students are chosen annually to be McCall MacBain Scholars at McGill University.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and anticipate graduating by August 2027.
- Candidates may apply if they earned their first bachelor’s degree in January 2021 or later.
- If a candidate is 30 years of age or younger in 2026, they may still apply even if they received their first bachelor’s degree more than five years earlier.
- It is necessary to have a recognized bachelor’s degree or an equivalent credential that McGill University accepts.
