Eligibility Criteria:
- Employment and Residency: Candidates must be employed and permanent residents of one of the partner nations that qualify.
- Academic Requirements: Depending on the program level, candidates must possess a relevant degree.
- Specialized Master’s or Continuing Training: A credential from a Belgian university that is equal to a second-cycle degree (300 ECTS).
- A specialized bachelor’s degree is a credential that is equal to 180 ECTS, or a first-cycle degree.
- Professional Experience: It is necessary to have at least two years of relevant work experience in a country that is an ARES partner.
- Post-Study Commitment: After finishing the program, candidates must show a strong desire to return home and actively support the social and economic advancement of their nation.
