University of Malta Scholarships 2026–27 in Malta | Fully Funded 

The University of Malta Scholarships in Malta for 2026–2027 are now accepting applications. Applications for Master’s and PhD degree programs in a variety of academic subjects are encouraged from international students from non-European and non-EEA nations.

Depending on academic merit, these scholarships provide tuition fee exemptions ranging from 40% to 100%. Applications are strongly encouraged from students with exceptional academic records who need financial assistance to study in Europe. Research-based Master’s and PhD programs are offered both full-time and part-time.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • International students from non-European nations are required to apply.
  • Applications are not accepted from University of Malta students who are currently enrolled.
  • The award is not available to applicants for professional doctorate or MBA programs.
  • The university team will conduct an online interview with applicants.
  • There will be no reimbursement for travel costs within Malta.
  • Students who have already received a scholarship or bursary from another school are not permitted to apply.

Structure for Tuition Fee Waiver:

  • A score between 80 and 100% will waive all tuition.
  • 80% tuition fee waiver for a score between 70 and 79%
  • 60% tuition fee waiver for scores between 60 and 69%
  • 40% tuition fee waiver for a score between 50 and 59%
  • A score between 0 and 49% indicates that tuition is not waived.
